About me
Hi, I’m Jasmine Peck. I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m currently accepting new clients and would love to support you on your path toward growth and healing. I provide individual counseling and couples counseling for adults as well as group therapy for children and adults in an online setting.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years supporting both adults and children across a variety of settings including schools, residential programs, and in the community. These experiences have shaped my deep belief in the resilience of people and the importance of meeting each person exactly where they are.
Therapy is truly my passion and I have committed to private practice full time because I believe in the power of meaningful, sustainable change. My style is down to earth, nonjudgmental, and focused on real solutions. You will not find a lot of clinical jargon here just honest conversations, practical tools, and a strong partnership built on trust.
I work best with clients who are motivated for change and open to trying new things. If that sounds like you or even the version of you you are working toward I would love to connect.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy should be flexible and personalized, tailored to your unique goals and what you’re navigating. Every session is individualized, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to best support your growth and healing. Some of the key modalities I use include:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps reframe unhelpful thoughts and build healthier thinking patterns
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on emotional regulation and mindfulness skills
• Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, emphasizing practical strategies and finding solutions that work for you
• Strengths-Based Approach, building on what’s already working well in your life to foster resilience and growth
• Mindfulness-Based Techniques, encouraging present-moment awareness to reduce stress and increase calm
• Couples Therapy, including the Gottman Method, supporting improved communication, rebuilding trust, and managing conflict in healthier, more connected ways
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping you accept difficult emotions and commit to actions aligned with your values
My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in taking small, practical steps toward meaningful change. Therapy with me is active and collaborative. You’ll leave sessions with real tools and strategies to practice between appointments. Whether you’re working to reduce anxiety, improve communication, navigate conflict, manage caregiving stress, or build confidence, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Specialties and Populations Served
I work with a wide range of clients, each with their own unique story and needs. My practice is grounded in flexibility, compassion, and a genuine desire to support you, wherever you are in your journey.
I specialize in:
Working with children in online group settings, providing a space for connection, social-emotional growth, and peer support
Supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Helping couples navigate communication issues, conflict, and infidelity using practical tools and evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method
Supporting cancer caregivers, a population I connect with personally, as I am one myself
I also work with people from all walks of life. Some are looking for emotional support, someone to talk to, and a space to feel heard. Others come to therapy ready to brainstorm solutions and take action. Whether you’re feeling stuck, curious about growth, or just need a sounding board, I’m here to help.
