Explore what we offer
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults, ages 18 and up, through secure online therapy sessions that are 55 minutes long. In some situations, I also work with children or teens when we both feel it is a good fit. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to explore that option.
My specialties include anxiety therapy and caregiver support, particularly for those caring for a loved one with cancer. These areas are close to my heart and informed by my own lived experience. I also work with clients for a wide variety of reasons including stress, life transitions, parenting challenges, and moments when you simply feel overwhelmed or stuck.
I use a personalized approach to therapy and draw from several evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Together we will find the tools and strategies that best support your goals and your unique experience.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes you just need a supportive space to talk, reflect, and feel heard. If you are considering online individual therapy or wondering if we would be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
Couples Therapy
I offer couples counseling to partners who are looking for support, guidance, and a space to grow together. I work with couples of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ couples, married or unmarried partners, and relationships at any stage. Everyone is welcome.
Couples seek therapy with me for many different reasons, including communication challenges, ongoing conflict, infidelity, the desire to deepen their connection, or to prepare for marriage through premarital counseling. Some couples come to therapy when they have decided to separate or divorce and want to do so as peacefully and respectfully as possible.
Whatever brings you in, couples counseling can help you better understand one another, improve how you communicate, and navigate difficult emotions or transitions with more clarity and compassion.
Sessions are held online and are 50 minutes long. You can expect to learn practical tools and strategies that you can use between sessions to support meaningful change in your relationship. My approach is collaborative, inclusive, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping both partners feel seen, heard, and supported.
Group Therapy
I offer a variety of group therapy sessions, typically one to two groups per month focused on different topics. Groups are available for both children and adults, providing a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Past groups have covered topics such as anxiety, cancer caregiver support, parenting challenging children, and getting sober. Each group meets for four sessions, with each session lasting one hour. Groups are limited to 10 participants to ensure everyone has the chance to share and feel supported.
Group therapy offers many benefits. It creates a sense of community and reduces feelings of isolation by connecting you with others who understand what you’re going through. It also provides a safe space to practice new skills, gain different perspectives, and build lasting support networks.
